PATCH TESTING Some treatments require a patch test 24–48 hours before your appointment. Treatments cannot be carried out without one where required. PERSONAL BELONGINGS Please keep valuables with you. Emma's Nails & Beauty cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged belongings. RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Appointments may be ended immediately, and future bookings refused. PHOTOGRAPHY Photos may occasionally be taken for training or social media. Permission will always be requested first. RESULTS Results vary depending on lifestyle, aftercare, natural nail or hair condition, skin type, and healing. HEALTH CHANGES Please let me know about any changes to your medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, or skin condition before your appointment. PRAMS AND PUSHCHAIRS For health and safety reasons, prams and pushchairs are not permitted in the beauty room due to limited space and the need to maintain a safe working environment. AGE RESTRICTIONS Some treatments are available only to clients aged 15 years and over. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's consent for treatments where appropriate.

Thank you for your feedback. I was surprised to read this as during your appointment you said you were very happy with your nails before leaving the salon. All treatments are carried out with care and professional tools, and I would never intentionally file the skin. Client comfort and safety are always extremely important to me. If you had any concerns after your appointment, I would always encourage clients to contact me directly so I can look into it and resolve any issues. Unfortunately, I wasn’t contacted about this, but I’m always happy to discuss any concerns.
