You were booked In for a root colour but you had a full head and restyle instead, which is why the price was different. Balayage & cut & finish

Jenna did an amazing job at colouring my hair. She listened to exactly what I wanted & was really friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for an...ything more. I will definitely be returning back to see Jenna again and would highly recommend her to my family & friends. My only issue was that the salon was really cold which I wasn’t expecting. I was sat for almost 3 hours and felt really cold throughout my time in the salon. It took me over an hour to get warm again when I got home. Show more

Jenna is definitely a super star:) unfortunately the weather has been so extreme this week for everyone with the snow and freezing temperatures:(. With your appointment being the first appointment of the day we dont have a central heating system that can warm the salon prior to opening, so it has been taking a good few hours to fully heat the salon in these -0 degree temperatures that we have been experiencing:(. We do apologise again for this and hopefully the weather will return to normal soon!❄️
