Unfortunately, I have had a poor hair cut at Inspire this week. Im not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I’m going to need to have another hair cu...t to fix the issues caused. The salon itself is nice, and the staff themselves were lovely people, but I’m really disappointed in my cut. I was the last client of the day; and felt my cut was rushed as the hairdresser wanted to get home. I have very thick hair and a bob cut, and it is in no way even. I mentioned this when it was still wet, and he said he’d even it out when dry. Unfortunately the scissors were being used to pretty much hack at the shape of my hair, leaving it jagged. Additionally, thinning scissors were being used but were snagging at my head every single snip, causing actual pain, and I mentioned this, but the hairdresser continues to use the same ones, causing further discomfort. I had a fringe cut in, which is not quite the sweeping bangs that I asked for, and nor is it a full fringe, so will require reshaping. All in all a shame as I was excited to try somewhere new, but unfortunately I won’t be back. Show more
