I had a great experience with Charlie. She was a lovely person and very caring, very kind and made me feel confident at what I was doing. I did brow l...amination as well as lash lift and tint courses on two different days. I can confidently say that she was one of the best mentors I have trained with. I’ve done some training previously in Russia too before moving to the UK, but they were not as approachable and patient as Charlie. She made sure I do my training confidently and precisely, she did not rush any part of the training, she immediately recognised my potential as well as my weakness and made sure I was not nervous at any stage of my training. She was extremely helpful and encouraged me to ask questions that I was not sure about. I am extremely happy with my decision to do my training with Charlie. I highly recommend Charlie, her training was wonderful, can’t thank her enough for the amazing experience.

My appointment was amazing. I had met Charlie maybe like 10 years ago to then find out it was the same lady it was a complete full circle moment and i...t's such a small world. Charlie is amazing, shes such a lovely friendly ,caring person. She always making sure your happy and comfortable which is lovely. The clinic was very professional and clean looking yet still felt like you wasn't in a clinic and felt welcoming when you first walk in.
