📍Time keeping - We are extremely busy and sometimes back to back with clients so please remember to always be on time with clean lashes.
📍Make Up - Please ensure all eye-makeup is removed prior to your appointment. Time spent cleaning your lashes will reduce the amount of time spent applying lashes and may incur an additional charge.

📍Cancellations/No shows/Late arrivals - I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. If less than 48 hours is given, you will be charged 50% of your treatment price aswell as the next booked appointment being paid in full upfront.
If you arrive late for your appointment, your appointment will still terminate at the allocated end time of your appointment. This is to ensure I do not run late for the next client as this will put me behind for the rest of the day.
📍Refunds - I am afraid I do not offer any refunds. If you develop an irritation with your lash extensions within the first 48 hours of having them applied I will remove them free of charge. Normal Lash Removal costs £15

Permanent makeup, unfortunately, cannot be performed on everyone. It often happens that contraindications to its implementation include:
