I had a consultation for hair extensions and was seen by a very, clearly inexperienced hairdresser who kept going to speak to someone around the corne...r for information on my questions. Instead of that hairdresser having the courtesy to speak to me in person. Highly unprofessional and will not be back for any treatment at all. I love elysian and will continue to go to have my hair coloured however i hadn't a great experience for an upstyle. I wasn't with my regular hairdress...er. After 2 failed attempts by cora and a missed makeup appointment later...i left with an up style thanks to rachel stepping in and saving the day. An expensive stressful wedding guest morning!
