I had a really disappointing experience. I asked for just a minimal trim on the ends, but the result was very uneven, as you can clearly see in the ph...oto. I don’t understand how it’s possible to cut long, straight hair this crookedly when only trimming the ends. I didn’t notice how bad it looked until I got home and others pointed it out. This was my first visit to this salon, and unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Show more

As soon as you walk in your treated with a beautiful welcome seated and the chat is on. What a beautiful layout of the business everything at hand from makeup to hair products just a real buzz. I had booked in to get my makeup done yesterday morning for a wedding. Never used this salon before as I was travelling from Belfast to Donegal. Had b...ooked on recommendations.Arrived a few mins early. Welcomed by staff in the salon who were so lovely and friendly. Lovely salon. Took a seat. 10 mins went by. I started to panic. Another 10mins went by. Sensed something was wrong.Makeup artist was a no show.Staff apologised and told me they were unable to get in touch with makeup artist. Fair play to possibly the owner who had tried to get in touch with a nearby counter to see if they do my makeup for me but the time unfortunately didn’t suit. Unfortunately I had to leave and do my own makeup in a rush😔. Really disappointed. Show more
