**** UPDATE on below review**** Extremely rude staff, and awful “biab” nails. AVOID AVOID AVOID.. after their last update saying to come in for a re...fund , what a joke!!!! Basically saying they will refund but only if I take my negative review down. Then saying basically my review doesn’t matter as they are still graded at 4.8…not sure how this is an accurate % if you read all the negative reviews?? Attitude and professionalism is zero! , and as for their nails…. AWFUL!!!! If you want nice nails and a nice experience do not go here…. I booked a lash lift for today in the afternoon and neither staff member was aware of that and instead of apologising for the mix up, i was told to co...me back Monday. I was not happy at the fact no one had an idea of my appointment today. This isn’t an appointment only it’s a first come first serve basis so there is no point booking on Boosky. The nails however they did for my friend looked great but based on the customer service I don’t think I will be ever using this salon again. Show more

Updated review: After my experience this afternoon and a few other incidents including being completely ignored. A nail pinging off after a couple of ...days. And having to wait ages past my appointment time on most occasions. I think i'm done with this place. I arrived for my appointment. Only to be told to come back Monday because noone was there. While someone else's nails were being done. He then exasperatedly removed his mask because i was struggling to hear him and said its Chinese New Year. And dont get me wrong. By all means take the time off for new year. But dont accept bookings and then turn people away. Its unprofessional. And its the last straw. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Show more

very disappointed with the service at this nail shop as soon as i walked in i was spoken too but they was speaking very quietly so i could not underst...and what was being said and as i was asking what they was saying they started getting very impatient with me. when i shown the man the nail design i want he took my phone shown it to the worker next to him and started laughing very disappointed.
