Overall the nails are a good experience but policy changes every time you come is annoying and you can never consistently come and get the same experi...ence I came a month ago and they told me to book online and then I can pay by card and get student discount came today booking online and the man the told me that no even if you do book online you will still get charged for using the card machine overall I think they’re a lot of option I Coventry and there clear and inconsistent rules makes them a company y not for me Show more

Left waiting for 50 minutes despite making a booking. Completely disorganised, they'd clearly taken more bookings than thet could facilitate. There's ...also a sign on the wall to specify cash only but you're not made aware of this when booking. Show more
