I had an appointment at 4:30pm and even arrived early, but I wasn’t seated until almost 5pm. The whole process felt very disorganized — different staf...f kept switching, and I was left waiting multiple times. At one point, my natural nails were cut extremely short without asking me first, which was really upsetting. As a first-time customer, this was a very disappointing experience. It felt like a complete waste of time, and the hygiene and overall management were quite concerning.

The gentleman that did my nails was very professional and I loved his work. I just wished the hygiene standards were a bit better. As a person with ec...zema and sensitive skin, I was worried about getting contact dermatitis.
