Harriet is very knowledgeable, reassuring and efficient, I was in and out in no time. The facilities were clean, tidy and comfortable. The only thing ...I would probably do differently next time is to ask for a slightly longer appointment to allow time for me to get up after we've finished with the injections, because I struggle physically and with my balance, and it can take me a time to get my equilibrium and be steady on my feet. I get a bit embarrassed if I feel like I'm making people late because I need a bit more time to get going. I was very impressed with the service received and I highly recommend Hill Clinics.
