Hello I went through everything with you for 10 minutes before the appointment. I gave you aftercare after treatment and went through aftercare with you, I asked if you understood and you said yes. You were here half an hour , if you did not understand you should have asked (perhaps language barrier).and would have gone through with you. You also did not attend your last appointment as you forgot about it, which I didn't charge you for, so this review is extremely unfair and untruthful.
