Tricia is lovely and the space is clean and professional. Excluding the numbing cream, both treatments took just five minutes to complete. Results are... too soon to see but so far the left eye looks a bit worse than before so ive booked in again as top ups are needed :-) Uploadong photos two days after treatments. Bruising and swelling obviously varies from each person but as the bruising is much more than I was to expecting, maybe think whether you have a busy week ahead when booking in. The swelling is going down though with ibuprofen and as it heals naturally. Show more

Hi Cathy Bruising is a very normal side effect of any treatment that involves injections, especially under the eyes as the area is so vascular. It is also extremely thin, which also makes it a high risk of bruising. Also personal contributing factors can cause excess bruising. Such as caffeine , over exfoliating and certain eye creams such as retinoids. If you Google an image of how many blood vessels and capillaries there are in the face, you would realise if you don't bruise, you are extremely lucky. The actual procedure itself shouldn’t take long especially the 5 point skin booster which is only 5 injections each side, and I try not to prolong the treatment due to possibly prolonging the experience for the client. I also leave numbing cream on a lot longer than a lot of other practitioners. You did also state you only had ten minutes left as had to get to a meeting. Vitaran does take four weeks to regenerate your cells, its called regenerative medicine, and does require two or three treatments to get the full benefits, which was explained prior to treatment. I do feel the three stars is quite unfair for the above reasons but please contact me and I can explain a lot more to you, or I can see at your next appointment that you just have booked. Tricia
