Hi Andrea sorry to hear you was unhappy with your hair, you had booked a long hair blow dry appointment with Millie and she stated several times she doesn’t do hair up, but you still insisted on her trying to something that she’s not confident in, if you had selected the hair up service it would have booked you in with a stylist that does hair up only I.e Laura, Becca or Jess. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
