Signature Brows (formerly HD Brows) is our own professional eyebrow treatment that focuses on creating perfectly groomed and defined eyebrows tailored to each individual's face shape, features, and preferences. The treatment involves a combination of techniques such as mapping, tinting, waxing, threading, shaping, and finishing to achieve the desired look.

Please refrain from any hair removal from the brows for at least 6 weeks prior to your first treatment, and then I ask that you do not pluck inbetween treatments.

A detailed health history will be taken, and a personalised treatment plan will be
curated that integrates both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medical understanding.
The treatment involves acupuncture and, if necessary, additional modalities to achieve the best
results. These may include Cupping, deep tissue massage, Tui Na Chinese medical massage, Gua Sha,
or electrical stimulation.
I will ask about your chief complaint as well as other health areas such as digestion, sleep, and energy
levels. TCM diagnosis involves observing your tongue and feeling your pulse, which helps guide the
treatment accurately and effectively. Common reasons people seek acupuncture treatment include
issues with pain, sleep disturbances, digestion, menstrual cycles, hormonal imbalances, nerve pain,
osteoarthritis, sciatica, headaches or migraines, stress, anxiety, and pregnancy-related symptoms. 4 to
6 weekly sessions are recommended initially, as acupuncture works in an accumulative manner to
address your complaints. I will reassess your progress after the fourth session and aim to reduce the
frequency of treatments as your symptoms improve.

This treatment is for those who have already had a new patient consultation, during
which we will review your symptoms. The treatment involves acupuncture and, if necessary, additional modalities to achieve the best results. These may include Cupping, deep tissue massage, Tui Na, Chinese medical massage, Gua Sha, or electrical stimulation. Initially, 4 to 6 weekly sessions are
recommended, as acupuncture works in an accumulative manner to address your complaints. I will reassess your progress after the fourth session and aim to reduce the frequency of treatments as your symptoms improve.

During this consultation, I will take a comprehensive health history and explore your
female health and fertility journey. We will review many aspects of your health, including your menstrual cycle (bleeding, ovulation, luteal phase timing), sleep, digestion, energy, nutrition, pain profile, and any diagnoses to date.
I recommend a minimum of three months of working together before trying to conceive, as it takes approximately three months for an egg to develop within the ovary. Consistent, positive changes over this time can help maximise your results. This timeframe allows us to track your cycle, analyse any issues, and make beneficial adjustments to improve your chances of success. I request that your male
partner (if applicable) also attends a consultation and treatment, as male factors contribute to a high percentage of fertility issues. For those undergoing IVF, I am here to support you every step of the way.
The price includes the consultation, acupuncture treatment, and time spent writing your follow-up report—detailing your TCM diagnosis, treatment plan, and any referrals for additional testing to better understand your fertility profile. You can book a standard 1-hour acupuncture follow-up for the following treatments.

Our BIAB Manicure is perfect for those looking to grow and strengthen their natural nails without the use of extensions. BIAB (Builder in a Bottle) is a soak-off gel designed to add strength and structure to your own nails, helping to prevent breakage and support healthy growth.

This treatment includes nail shaping, cuticle tidy, and the application of a natural-looking BIAB gel in a choice of soft nudes or pinks.

Please note: BIAB is not an extension service – it is applied over your natural nails to build strength and structure, not length.

An Elim pedicure is a premium, results-focused foot treatment that goes beyond a standard pedicure by using advanced products to improve skin and nail health. It involves a chemical peel to gently remove hard skin and calluses, followed by nail care, a hydrating mask, and anti-aging treatments to rejuvenate the feet. The treatment can be finished with gel (select option), leaving feet smooth, hydrated, and revitalized for long-lasting results.

An Elim express pedicure is a shorter version of the full Elim pedicure, designed for quick yet effective foot care. It focuses on essential steps like exfoliating calluses with the Elim chemical peel, shaping and trimming the nails, and moisturizing the feet. The treatment is streamlined but still delivers visible results, leaving feet refreshed and smooth in less time, making it ideal for those looking for a quick foot care boost without the full pampering experience. Can be finished with gel polish (select option)

All new clients to Rosie should book this treatment. It includes a full skin consultation and a bespoke facial tailored to your individual skin needs. This initial appointment allows me to properly assess your skin so we can determine the most suitable treatments for future visits.
Please note that advanced treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels are not carried out during this first appointment, as this session is designed to understand your skin and build the right treatment plan.
