Thank you for your feedback. Before the appointment, we had a consultation and agreed on a soft volume look as you mentioned you didn’t want the lashes too heavy or overly full. Soft volume sets are designed to look lighter and more natural compared to fuller styles. I’m sorry the final result wasn’t fully what you expected.
