Will never go to anyone else for my lashes! Have been seeing sweet Alexis for YEARS and she always goes above and beyond. I tell her an idea I have an...d with a few words she masters the look I want. Cat eye has become my favorite. She’s also such a great person, feels like free therapy when i’m laying there. Come out of every appointment looking better and feeling better. People ALWAYS compliment my lashes, she has so many lengths, volumes and color options. She is not new to the game and definitely knows what she is doing! Always answers every question I have and responds quickly when I message her. The best in STL! Show more

Right after I get my eyelashes done they look great. The work is undeniable inner corners and outer is as well, but literally as soon as I leave my ey...elashes just start falling out. Eyelashes all over my bed all over my clothes all over my face all over my car. I had this issue multiple times and I communicated with her and the first time I had this issue, I had to come back within less than a week and I was still charged $30 because over half of my lashes were gone but it had not even been a week and that was after two or three days of her saying I could come in but her not actually responding. Whatever, I paid it and I tipped her as well, and that set held up a lot better but again I noticed that when my lashes were falling out, they were not falling out for the vast majority with my eyelashes they were just falling out not adhered to my lash. Then I went back about a week and a half later because I needed another fill. So I got my eyelashes done on Wednesday and The pictures I attached is what they looked like after five days. I sent her photos and let her know that once again we were having this issue and I just completely heard nothing from her at all. Like I said before, straight off the table the work is great but it doesn’t hold up. The glue doesn’t have time to dry and she even said in one appointment that she was working faster than the glue is drying. I tried to love the service but it’s literally just a waste of money. I’ve been getting lashes for a while, I wash them, I don’t wear any make up with them, I don’t cover them when I go to bed, I understand the basic Lashes do’s and don’ts and this is an issue I’ve never had before. I also don’t appreciate the lack of response and the unwillingness to fix something that’s wrong on your end. In my opinion it seems that she cares more about getting paid in the moment than truly standing behind her work and ensuring that her customers are happy. I reluctantly found a new lash tech but it is for the better, now I can stop throwing my money down the drain. Another thing that I didn’t like was the lack of sanitary measures, there have been different occasions that I came in as she was working on another client and she didn’t wash her hands before moving to me even After a smoke break. I’m so sorry. When you texted me about your lashes getting fixed i totally forgot to respond because I have had covid for the past week. Also the one thing I’m going to comment on about your review is the sanitary comment. I do keep my tools and myself clean. After I finish a client and am about to start a new one I usually wash my hands or use the hand sanitizer that is right next to my work station. :)
