It was an awful experience! They have this booking bs for absolutely nothing! I scheduled an appt for 9 and 9:30 for my boys I get there before 9 poss...ibly a little after 8:50 just to get there on time..the first child was taken right away, but then the barber grabbed another person straight after he was done with my son..of course my blood was boiling bcuz I had scheduled these appt bcuz it was my youngest’s bday and he had an appt to get his hair braided at 11 I was there til after 11:30!! So they set my whole day back that I had planned for my little one!! This is so unacceptable!! They shouldn’t have this website they don’t even follow them!! I’ll go someplace else!! I was disgusted by the whole thing!! Show more

Hey idk what you talking about if I specifically said to get the kid and you said you was going to wait for th barber that had appointments set up for that day its not my fault you wanted to wait for a specific barber next time set up with that barber straight up and not book for the barbershop and it’s during the holiday rush next time plan accordingly for the holidays I specifically said to get your the kid and you said you was going to wait for the barber that had appointments
