Knotless Braids

Oh they can braid but they did it witn fake hair i ask for medium hobo knotless braid i got small fake hair that i took out on the same day it broke ...my face,neck and scalp out allergy reaction, she slso lied about how much the service she charged me $122 deposit $45 for one pack of synthetic hair, $230 for ther services and the service was $180 also had two other peop braiding my hair. I will never go back she got me good but never again i will mot recommend anyone to her. Show more

Sorry for the inconvenience. However we don’t ever have synthetic hair in our storage, we’ve never bought and used synthetic hair UNLESS the client themselves want to bring their OWN hair and it happens to be synthetic. You requested for simple knotless on the app but requested knotless boho full waist length in store so we had to charge you $45 more because that’s a different style that requires more of our HUMAN hair.

Knotless Braids

No type of planning or organization. I made my appointment and paid the fee to hold my appointment for her to have me come back 5 hrs later, still to ...not get my hair braided on the day of my appointment. She said she would discount me but when she was done, wanted to change the price to normal pricing! I confirmed the price prior to her starting. I had to wake up at 6 am the day after my set appointment to arrive to WAIT more time. I should not have had to spend my whole weekend at this place to get simple box braids. My time is important & it will cost as well. If she was running behind , she should have contacted me on booksey to try to reschedule, not wait til I get there. I Don’t recommend because they go back on what they s and prices & will take advantage of you as a customer. In response to your reply: I never indicated or said anything about your English,Customers should be properly reimbursed for their time especially as understanding as I was. I went over the price with you but when it was done, you wanted to go back on what you said. That made me very nervous. When someone doesn’t show for work on time, don’t get paid their amount, no questions. Also, your employees asking each customer how much they are paying in front of the other customers isn’t right. Sorry for the inconvenience. You were charged significantly lower than what you were initially going to be charged with. The stylist who was in charge of your hair had an emergency and couldn't do your hair. You also never payed the full discounted price we gave you. Just because you think I dont understand English well.

Did a good job. But they are advertising false prices. I was charged an additional 155.00 from the price that they advertised. It’s wrong to advertise... one price to get customers to come in and when they sit in the chair and the women start braiding you ask your customers to pay additional fees that were not advertised. AND no one should have to pay for service until the job is done and the customer is satisfied with the service. Please post the correct prices and fees so the customers are aware. Show more

The service was fast since 2 people worked on my head. I love the color!! The only issue was 1 of the girls braided a lil tight at the top. Also the p...rices aren’t displayed online so I end up spending $225 instead of $140 because of my length and the added curly pieces but I love the style so it was worth it 🫶🏽 Show more
