Booked 8am appts (first appt of the day) for my child and at 6:30am was asked to come at 9am. Then texted at 8:30am and asked to be there at 8:45am. W...asn’t able to because I live 30min away, showed up at 9am and there was only 1 stylist already working on another client. Had to wait for someone for 1.5hrs and owner ignored my calls demanding refund so I could leave. She finally shows up and does our hair. Last time they took a walk in while I waited to get done. No more. Their work is good but the disrespect is crazy. Been there 12times but has gotten really bad over the last 6months. No longer paying this amount to be disrespected.

Unprofessional...have one price listed but charge significantly more when you get in which is false advertising. Also had to wait over an hour past my ...scheduled time..my time is important just as yours...a discount should have been offered but instead i get charged whatever she chooses at the time not whats listed on website....unfair unfair
