The cut he gave my son was perfect 💯 the only problem I had was the price it was the app said 30 which is no problem for a kid's hair cut the problem... I had was the extra 5 he charged my card for a self tip I guess. I would definitely go back just bring cash next time. Show more

It is quite disheartening to observe how barbers can disregard you the moment you arrive late, yet they expect you to patiently wait for them while th...ey engage in socializing, answering phone calls, and overbooking. I do acknowledge that it is possible for anyone to run slightly behind schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. I have made appointments with Dee on three separate occasions. On two of these appointments, I had to wait for a minimum of 45 minutes, despite arriving 20 to 30 minutes early. I did not complain because I understand that things happen. However, during today's third appointment, we were only 6 minutes late. Surprisingly, there was no grace period given. Instead, he prioritized serving the entire Southaven ahead of my son. I tried calling him, but he did not answer. In response, I received a text message asking, "Who is this?" accompanied by an eyeroll emoji. I promptly replied, informing him of my identity and the purpose of my call. He updated the booking app to indicate that the haircut was completed, and requested a review. It is worth mentioning that none of your appointments are ever on time. You schedule clients in 15-minute intervals through Booksy, yet the actual haircuts take 50 minutes. Even if you had a 9:30 appointment, you would not have finished by 10:06. My review reflects that your haircuts are not terrible, but rather mediocre. We continued to visit your barbershop because of its convenient location and compatibility with our busy weekly schedule. However, your level of customer service is abysmal, horrendous, and it is one that I will no longer support. I sincerely hope that your day is as unpleasant as the service you provide. Show more
