Teresa has such an amazing up beat tempo! It’s infectious, and she was very involved in all of her clients workouts. It was like she was everywhere at... once! I cannot rave enough about T and Envy Training! I played high level sports and have a degree in kinesiology, so I can confidently walk into any gym an...d have a good workout. But I love going to T because she finds ways new ways to kick my ass every time. What is super awesome is she individualizes workouts for everyone. I’ve watched others who may not know what to do in a gym environment grow comfortable and freaking kill it! All of her clients, men, women, young, and old are all doing incredibly athletic exercises. You have an old injury, no problem she’ll modify for you. She’s got you for whatever your goals may be. Book her! Stick w her!You deserve it and won’t regret it <3 Show more
