My phone was lost at the zoo and I couldn’t respond stuff happen I’m not perfect but she got her money back because I’m not that type of stylist but because it didn’t happen in other people timing I got a bad review which is okay 👍🏾 it’s all a learning thing when dealing with people All day everyday
Kids wash retwist style

I've booked services with Lauren Avery before but this time was the final straw. Late and a no show for a kids wash and retwist. Appointment was sched...uled 7:45am that day. I arrived to the location of the shop 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time at 4pm and waited almost 30 minutes for her arrival. We communicated via text however I ended up being late to another appointment I needed to attend because of this. I reached out again for the inconvenience and now I'm being ignored with no response. Asked for a refund for the deposit paid. Never received any services or any early notices prior to this occurring. Services are good just not necessarily worth the unprofessionalism behind it.
