Only reason I am giving two stars is because my nails and toes do look good. However I will say I was super disappointed in the customer service. It w...as very dry. Two ladies were arguing in front of everyone and it didn’t stop. I told the lady I wanted one type of pedicure she gave me the most expensive one. That I did not ask for. My friend was passed around and waited forever to get her nails done. They should work on scheduling because just my lady who did my nails kept taking a break from mine to work on other peoples. I feel like this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. This was my first time going to this location and I have to say I will never go back. Show more

I’m sorry for what happened, i understand that your friend waited forever, but we had her appointment at 2:40 and u at 1:25 and we don’t know that both of you come together but the time schedule already set. Also you book for a fill in but we have to do a whole set of nails and additionale 4 fingers design. We had our price listed on app too for fullest is $45+ and design $6+ (for both hand one finger each hand) also a deluxe pedicure that you booked is $40 ( not included gel ) with regular paint but you get gel polish which is $10 extra. But I’m truly apologize for the confusion with the service.

Although some of the employees were nice and my nails came out great I was not impressed. I was passed around to four different employees. Two were ar...guing for a few minutes and after would say something rude when they passed. The acrylic they used burned while it was drying and I was told it was because I had not gotten my nails done in a long time. I get acrylics once a year and have never had that happen at my usual location. Jackson saved the day with his wonderful personality I would highly recommend him if you do go here. Show more

Sorry for the incident yesterday, sometimes the primer burned on nails a little bit but not happen to everyone. And sorry for passed you to another person because Jackson used to let his wife finished up for him so he can help out with nails art. We only have 3 people able to do design also that day 4 of the employees not worked so we really run behind.
