It’s sad when people like this come to your business and look for a reason to discredit or attempt to ruin a 400 plus 5star rating. This person has been obnoxious from day one and I fault myself for still taking his business. Whenever he does not get his way he likes to say "I pay you for a service” with a nasty attitude as if he is superior. For example he comes to the shop with freshly open sores and throws a tantrum because I refused to apply a chemical product to the affected area. Him providing a picture of many unpleasant interactions I had to tolerate is golden, not once did I speak unprofessionally I was being bombarded with paragraphs as I service other clients. Our shop environment is upbeat and we have banter with friendly clients no ones personal business is discussed. His many attempts to butter me up telling me how many compliments he receives from my work did not change the outlook I already had because of his nasty attitude. So his sessions were always quiet because I repeat he just paid me for a service and that’s what he received nothing more and nothing less. Lastly he has only been coming here for a few months in which he does not know the operations of my business or who has been here or when they started. This review is retaliation from him being blocked from booking my services for yet again his disgusting attitude towards service workers. He had no choice to look for another barber. “We don’t have to be liked, but we will not tolerate disrespect”.
