I appreciate your review. I'm sorry to hear you’re not satisfied with your son twist. If I'm allowed to share my side: I did his twist the way he asked me too. I also asked him multiple times and showed him in the mirror his hair. He kept telling me he liked it. If he or you wasn’t satisfied, I feel it should have been communicated.
