I booked my first apt with Jay very last minute and i was his last client for the day. I came in with a messy fro and an idea as to what i wanted. He ...listened intently and made sure to ask questions. Something didn’t feel quite right close to the end and i let him know i needed more of an adjustment and he obliged with no hesitation.
