Extremely unprofessional and non empathetic. To start, she told me 20mins before the time of my appointment that she would be 1hr and 45mins late and ...upon agreeing to a new time, she still somehow arrived to the appointment later than I did. No explanation or even apology was given. Lastly and most importantly, my hairstyle lasted less than 48hrs. I scheduled AND PAID FOR boho knotless braids and by the following day, the curly pieces had begun to fall out. Within 4 days almost all the “boho” pieces were gone. Upon contacting her and simply asking that she reinstall the pieces properly, I was told that she was too busy and would “let me know if someone cancelled.” To this day no refund or solution has been offered. Sorry that you felt unsatisfied. We agreed on a time that was rescheduled for, I arrived at that later time so that’s incorrect. Other than that the pieces that came out your braids could have been fixed but the day you need it for could not be met. I reached back out with no response from you to maybe even come up with a solution. Sorry your experience wasn’t what you anticipated it to be.
