I highly recommend therapist Tammy Jordan, LMT. I have visited twice at this point for Swedish massages with hot stones for both visits. First visit, ...I completed her one time survey to give her a background of possible targeting points. Nude is suggested, but not required. I started off with soft massages, but she attentively provided what I needed. She made sure the room temperature was comfortable, and included soothing music. She was extremely intuitive to my stress points, and taught me how to breath while working through them. The massages relieved a lot of pain from my sciatic nerve and increased my flexibility. The post massage consultation sets her apart for me, hollistic. She informed me of what she discovered and gave advise for recovery. She helped me realize the importance of self care. I plan to add this to my routine. Show more

This was the massage I knew I needed all my life and I’m kicking myself for not going to Ms. Tammy sooner. She took the time to work out all of the te...nsion I had, all over. Now THAT’S how you do a massage. If you need a real massage, that’ll actually improve your health, go see Ms. Tammy IMMEDIATELY! I’ve been seeing Ms. Tammy for about a month and it’s made such a positive difference physically. I’d say that my shoulder and neck tension is about 8...0 percent better in just 2 sessions! Ms. Tammy takes her time and gets to know you and access what you need to feel better and really does have a calming touch. The space is very comfortable and inviting and I usually find myself drifting off. At the end of the session I feel relaxed and rested. Do yourself a favor and schedule a session.
