Love love love. Sadie let me make an appointment later than she usually allows because I didn’t get off work in time for a normal appointment and even... got me in same day! The conversations don’t feel fake or forced, it’s just all around a great, comfortable experience. I didn’t have any sort of reference picture for what I wanted and she helped me put my thoughts into a hairstyle! I honestly wish I could give her a higher rating because I loved everything and my hair finally feels healthy and pretty again!! Show more

Unfortunately after going in to salon, speaking to Sadie and then consequently booking an appointment online and receiving a confirmation I received a...nother email saying the appointment had been cancelled. When I contacted the salon another person answered and said there had been some problems with the online booking program and that she was sure there was no problem with the appt and she would have Sadie get back to me. Sadie never contacted me so I called again and was still unable to speak to Sadie and the same woman told me that now the appointment was filled with someone else and I’d have to wait several weeks to get in. Very unprofessional of Sadie to not bother contacting me and explaining what happened or apologizing for the mix up. I would not recommend going to this person as customer service is clearly not a priority. Response to your reply: Sadie-you require a consultation prior to booking a service and we went in for that 15 minute consultation and told you exactly what we wanted and you said you could provide that service and that we needed to book online and we did. At no time did you say you could not provide the service and refer us to another stylist. I made the booking, received the confirmation and then some days later it was cancelled. Again-my complaint is not about your skill set as a stylist as I don’t have any knowledge of that my complaint is your lack of customer service. If you had decided you did not want to or could not provide the service you originally said you could you should’ve picked up the phone and called and told me that instead of cancelling my appointment and then when I called twice about it you never even returned my phone calls. Hi! Very sorry you were unhappy with your consultation appointment. A consultation is about a 15 minute long appointment, so there was unfortunately no way I would have been able to do a full service in that time. Once I found out you were wanting a service I do not offer I referred you to another girl in the salon. And I did take your appointment off my books (the reason you got a cancellation notice) She had told you she was booked a few weeks out and her next available appointment was not for a while. And you did not set up an appointment with her. Hope this helps good luck on your hair journey.
