The service was amazing. I will definitely go again. I did have one issue. My daughters and I used our gift certificates. When it was time to leav...e, I asked if I could put the tips on my card. I was told that there would be a charge. We frantically looked for cash and could only come up with $20 for 3 services. I clearly wanted to tip more generously. In the confusion, we placed the cash on the counter and left. The manager followed us out the door and wanted to know why we didn’t tip. I explained that we had. We exited tang at 8:40. I walked by later to increase my tip and they were closed. The next morning I got 2 telephone calls from tang and no message. I felt intimidated Friday evening as he followed us out the door and by Saturday morning I felt even more threatened. I always tip generously. It all happened so fast with the credit card issue and searching for cash. Tipping is optional not required. The service was exceptional. Be prepared with a cash tip if you do not want the credit card charge. I’d like to believe it was a language issue but I clearly felt intimated. Not a good feeling. Show more

I’m sorry you feel this way, but I’d like to clarify a few things. First, before your session began, I specifically asked if you would be able to tip in cash since I was scheduled to leave by 8 PM. You assured me that you could, so I did not follow up with you about the tip after your service. Before leaving, I also mentioned that you could hand the tip directly to the massage therapist. Second, I did call you the following day because two of the massage therapists informed me they had not received a tip. My intention in calling was to confirm if there had been any dissatisfaction with the service, in which case I wanted to offer my apologies. However, you didn’t answer the call. I’m not sure why this made you feel threatened, as my goal was simply to address any concerns you might have had. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.

They were very accommodating on taking me at the last minute! Thank you! It was relaxing until it wasn’t with customers chatting quite loudly. Thankfu...lly the staff shooshed them! But honestly should they? Be sure to request to have the actual reflexology with pressure when you book. Otherwise you’ll get the swipe across the feet method. My guy was a little too rough and quick. It felt rushed more than relaxing. The manager/owner though was very understanding and friendly upon my exit, explaining that each person does it slightly different. Show more
