So when you came in you had hair down to the middle of your back and very high density. I asked what we were doing today and you said just taking a couple inches, which was no problem at all. When I asked how you wanted it styled today, you said you wanted a full head flat iron. I explained that the haircut was free since it was your first time but a haircut only takes me an hour or less, if you want a flat iron just be aware that if I go past the hour scheduled for a haircut it will be $50 an hour after that point. You said a blow dry straight and smooth was fine instead and you understood how I couldn't do more than an hour for free for you since I'm running a business and all that was free was the haircut, wash and blow dry. This review is entertaining as you are now complaining about all the things you said you understood and didn't have a problem with and I still ended up going a half hour over for you to have smooth straight hair and didn't charge you as I enjoyed our time and thought you would be a great client. Thank you for reminding me that even when I stated my policies, and explained why I had to charge for going past time, you were totally fine with it and understanding. I'm sorry you don't believe that I should be paid for my time or extra work that was never agreed to, to be free. I hope you find the stylist you're looking for and hopefully you will value them, their time and what they need to charge to make a living. Wish you the best!
