I have taken my 5-year old son here a few times and each time Johnny was patient, but this last time he wasn’t. My son was tired and not feeling good ...and I should have canceled the appointment, but it was so last minute that I didn’t want to be an inconvenience. I only book early morning appointments because the end of the day people are tired and ready to go home and that looked like the case this time. My son cried because of the tightness of the cape and I loosened it. When Johnny tightened it, it was too tight and hurt my son. Also, I wasn’t satisfied with the cut and I asked for it to be blended more and I was met with an attitude and impatience. To be fair, cutting my son’s hair can be a struggle, he doesn’t like sitting and his hair is thick and curly, but he will endure it when he has to. He a good barber, I just don’t the right one for my son and I. Show more
