We came in from Charlotte on a family emergency so my two sons unable to get to their regular barber booked appointments for 12pm and 12:30. We arrive...d on time and waited until 12:37 without any communication that the barber was running behind or anything. However he did look at me while I waited still with no explanation or apologies as we announced he could cancel our appointments as we walked out the door. We won't bother booking with this barber again. Thanks for nothing Show more
