This was my first ever pedicure and keta was amazing! She has a customer for life now. Ive always been afraid to have a pedicure done but I felt compl...etely comfortable there. She did a wonderful job and I can't wait to go back. Everything was super clean . I also noted I have a latex allergy In My appt notes and they use nitrile gloves there. So bonus for that. The shop was beautiful on the inside; nice and clean. The staff were very nice and professional. However, my nail tech was quite heavy handed with the... drill and the nail file. She drilled pretty hard to the point where i had to kinda pull away a few times. My cuticles hurt a week after. But my nails were beautiful and I got lots of compliments on them Show more

The Haven Beauty is my favorite place to go for nails. I am very picky about my nails and designs as well as customer service. Keta is amazing. She re...ally pays close attention to the health of my natural nails. Thanks to her I have been introduced to gel-x and won’t go back to trying acrylic. The shop is always clean and feels very inviting. I am always greeted as soon as I walk through the door. They have a large selection of polishes to choose from. There has not been a design yet she hasn’t been able to complete. Her jelly pedi’s are a must try if you have never had one. Her in house made body butters leave my skin supple, soft and smell amazing. If you are looking for a nail shop in the triangle area I would recommend this shop. You won’t leave disappointed. This place is GREAT! The shop is so clean and orderly. Everything went on time. The service is amazing, the techs here are so communicative & it is e...asy to discuss what you like, don't like or feel needs to be revised. Mariam did a fantastic job on my nails. Normally manicures are painful for me bc my cuticles are so sensitive and other places I’ve left with all fing...ers bleeding and in pain. Not this time! I left paint free and was very happy with my gel manicure. I will definitely be back. Great atmosphere and service plus Black-Owned! Highly recommend! Show more
