Shyann did great. However, the people allowed to answer the phone and give info need more training. I was told that I could just walk in for a bar cha...nge and when I asked if I needed an appointment I was told no and there would be no charge for this service. When I got there it was an hour wait and the girl behind the counter said I could come back the next day and make an appointment. The next day after my appointment was finished I was told it was a $10 fee. So much conflicting info. Show more

I went to Lilac Studio for the first time yesterday. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Shyann added a daith and flat to my existing piercings... and she was fantastic.
