Iv been a client of Dillon’s for well over a year now and have followed him when he switched locations. I can honestly say he takes his time and goes ...above and beyond to make people happy. I am very picky and annoying when it comes to how I want my hair blended and faded, Dillon has been more than patient with me when it comes to this. Even my mother who is a hairdresser of 36 years has complimented Dillon’s work extensively. The talent that his guy has, especially at his age, is remarkable. Myron, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that my services did not meet your expectations. This was your 2ND appointment with me, if it truly was a 1 star experience, I don’t think you should have booked another appointment. I always ask at the end of each haircut if there is anything the client would like to change, my goal is to make sure each client leaves the shop satisfied. You were late, you were very rude/negative from the moment you walked in the shop. I’ve cut a lot of people here in charlotte, and I’ve never had that experience. The fade was blurry, and the lineup was sharp and not pushed back, I gave you what you asked for. I take pride in my work and strive to ensure every client has a great experience, but it seems I fell short in your case. Given your dissatisfaction, it may be best for you to explore other barbers that can better meet your needs.
