Took my kid there to get a haircut before his birthday party. Waited 35 min and he never showed up. Nobody at the shop apologized. Was treated like we... were a big inconvenience to their day. Will never go back. Arrived for my appt at 12:30 and left at 1:05. Was told at 12:30 he was on his way. Appts are set up to help respects everyone’s time. Show more

You were actually informed that I was just a few minutes away (I heard the owner of the shop even tell you that while I was on the phone with her and you decided to leave on your own. Yes I was late arriving but 35 minutes is a big stretch of false reporting but thanks for your feedback
