Off leash has been incredible. Our boy is trained, but he had impulse control issues. He means well, but he was just so full of joy he couldn’t help h...imself. Off leash has helped us get him beyond where we imagined. He’s even happier than before now that he understands what we are asking and we are able to do more with him and let him experience more of life. His face lights up when I tell him “it’s time for class” and he loves all the trainers he has worked with. I come from a background where I worked so the animals, and off leash has definitely helped me grow and evolve as a pet owner. My dog is the partner I always knew he could be and our bond is stronger than ever thanks to off leash! Show more

We used Offleash K9 for our border collie around 10 years ago and had a great experience, so when we got a new husky, we wanted to also sign her uo fo...r training. She has had some issues with peeing/pooping in our house, and no one had been able to give us any good advice. When i explained what was going on to Danny, he knew immediately what her issue was. I tried his suggestion, and it has worked perfectly for her! I'm so impressed that he understood her and recommended exactly what ahe needed after one session with her. He was also great with her first training session, and it was a super positive experience for her. Show more

The past several weeks have been fantastic. We’ve really enjoyed the advance/basic 1:1 training and the pace of the process. Josephine has been so pat...ient with my dog and I as we learn together how to trust the process. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in Finn and look forward to the continuous growth over the next several weeks. Not to mention all that I’m learning as well and trusting that “it’s a marathon not a sprint!” Especially with a very stubborn doggo :-) Show more

Rosie is our second dog to go through the beginner training course. We have been extremely pleased with Jake, his knowledge, his willingness to listen... and try to help us through our challenges and he has help us to really enjoy taking our dogs out for walks and into public. The first four trainings were very helpful, but as we get into the "advanced" portion of the package, the training sessions have become more passive, ...and less driven by the trainer. During our most recent session, we asked for more help with "heel" and we ended up doing the same drills we'd already done during previous sessions. We weren't given any new feedback or tips for helping our dog improve when he's at home. It was a waste of time for everyone. With 35min left in that session, the trainer looked at us and asked what else we wanted to work on. We expected there to be a structured lesson plan to work on new commands at every session, but that has not been the case with the last two. It's just left to us to determine the curriculum, and we're not experts... Show more
