I wanted to share my concerns regarding Blue’s progress in the program. With only two classes left, I haven’t seen much improvement in his behavior to...wards other dogs & people. The training package assured a noticeable difference by the end, but Blue is still struggling with the same issue and I don’t feel the program has been worth the cost. Very much enjoyed working with him. He was also very accommodating about rescheduling a session. The business had to cancel and offered to stay late rather than have me use the calendar (which has a two month lead time for Friday and Saturday sessions). Show more

The atmosphere was great! Our trainer was specific and detailed when giving his pointers and really helped up narrow down the small details that neede...d to be tweaked. He made it relatable to like how you would speak to a person. If you speak down to a person they won’t listen or give the respect back, same thing with a dog. He reminded me to change my tone and lower it. The whole training session was very informative and we highly liked our trainer. Show more
