InfinitiBluu Didn’t disappoint ! Relocked my dreads like new, it felt like I never cut them, & then the detox made me feel rejuvenated! I showed her ...a picture of the style I previously had and she understood the assignment , my locks were tight not loose, and did not use any product that made my hair feel greasy ! I didn’t know what to expect but whatever it was they were exceeded. Not to mention, very friendly, kind, professional, but made me feel at home with like when my niece you do do my hair! 10/10 Show more

I canceled my appointment because she advertised in Booksy that she included the hair for her services but that’s actually NOT true in my case. I spo...ke to her the day before the appointment and that’s when I found she would not be providing the hair. I was very disappointed to say the least because that’s why I booked the appointment in the first place. I decided to cancel because I felt she was very misleading about providing the hair. She wanted to only return partial refund of the deposit (72.52) I paid the day before when I booked the appointments. I demanded my full refund because I had to cancel because she failed to provide the service she advertised. I told her I would give her a bad review because she did not provide the service she advertised and so she went on to say she will not refund ANY of the deposit and hung up the phone on me. I believe she’s done this many times and have gotten away with it. Don’t say you’re providing a service and then don’t deliver on it. I think that’s very misleading and bad business practice and then not return people’s full deposit. I wouldn’t recommend here but if you’re still considering her services and she providing the hair (like she advertised) is a big deal to you (like it was for me ) then call her FIRST to verify that she’ll provide the hair BEFORE you schedule an appointment. MY RESPONSE TO INFINITIBLUU REPLY: No you DID NOT inform me right off the bat that you will check and make sure you have the hair color I was asking for and that your offered to go to the store for me if I couldn’t. If that was the case to begin with, there wouldn’t have been a situation and I would have followed through with the appointment. You matter of fact said you didn’t have the hair and when I insisted that you advertised on your page that the hair is included and that is why I booked with you, THEN you replied that the hair color and hair length you might possibly have is mostly likely not the color or length I was looking for. I told you I was from out of town and didn’t have the time which is why I booked with you the night before. I was almost 40 minutes away and I didn’t have time to go running around getting the hair when your Booksy said it was included in your service. DON’T advertise that you provide a service and then don’t deliver on it. And act like the potential client is crazy for being a bit irritated especially when that service is the VERY reason they booked with you. You DID NOT initially offered to go to the store for me when I told you I didn’t have the time. It’s after I told you I will have to cancel when I see that I wouldn’t be able to get the hair myself that things got intense when I told you I needed my full refund back and not partial. THEN you pretty much said in a nutshell that you didn’t like the way I was speaking to you, you could of gotten the hair and you will not give me a refund and hang up the phone and blocked me from Booksy so I couldn’t put in a bad review. You did not ask me if I would like a partial refund. You did not ASK me. You just TOLD me and then at the end of the conversation you said you would not give me a refund at all. I literally booked with you Friday night. I had the call with you the very next day and within less than 24 hours of booking with you , you feel entitled to my deposit for LITERALLY DOING NOTHING BUT MISLEAD ABOUT PROVIDING THE HAIR WHEN YOU DIDNT AND THAT’’S WHY THE APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED. You were at fault, not me. I don’t have to know you but I know how you dealt with me and that’s all I need to know. Don’t brag about your 69+ reviews because just like you blocked me so I couldn’t write about my bad experience with you, I’m sure you’ve done it to others. It’s only because BOOKSY sent me a direct link to speak about my experience that I’m able to write this. I normally don’t even write negative reviews but dealing with you was truly upsetting and disappointing, so I wanted others to know. Show more

Response: I told you I would look an see but I was sure I didn't have all of what's was needed and in the color and length youse wanted a definitive answer in that moment and I let you know if you couldn't go get it I would for you. You then wanted to cancel it offered you a partial refund you became irate which I told you I understood which is why I offered to give you a 50% refund which you rejected. Like you said you demanded the FULL refund (of a Deposit that's only refundable under my discretion) continued to get belligerent so of course I informed you that I'd be hanging up due to your tone.
