You made an appointment and never showed up. Now you make an appointment for the second time at 7 am in the tail end of a major snowstorm in a STATE OF EMERGENCY with a foot and a half of snow. I called you and messaged you with no response from you, so clearly this is a game. I would suggest to find a new barber, but local barbers, beware. This client is a scammer!

I would like to thank you for your feedback, as all feedback, positive and negative helps me to grow as a business owner. You booked an appointment for 7:45 on December 24th (Christmas Eve). You reached out to me at 7:31 stating you arrived at the barber shop, 14 minutes early for your appointment. I responded to you at 7:32 stating I was on my way and would be there in a few minutes. When I arrived at 7:38, (7 minutes early for your appointment) you had already left. I tried to contact you with no response. I'm sorry you were less than satisfied with you're experience. I would like to have the opportunity to provide you with the quality service that I offer, If you would like to schedule another appointment. Please understand that our front door is locked daily before 10am and after 5 pm for security purposes, and all business owners in the salon suite can open the door for clients upon arrival.
