Jennifer saved my hair. Sounds dramatic, but let me explain. I originally booked full highlights, however upon looking at my hair, she advised it wasn...’t strong enough to take the amount of bleach it would require for the black dye I had in, to lift up. My hair was shedding bad. So she instead, she treated it, gave me a good trim, insisted I start taking vitamins, and wait two months or so to try again. So I’ll say it again, she saved my strands!
