I have to share my whole experience. I have two sons, 13 and 17 years old. They have only been to one person to cut their hair their whole existence...!! Under unfortunate circumstances, they could not continue that relationship - so we were on the hunt for a barber! Time for a change as they were now young men and needed to advance to a proper level of grooming for men. This was our second stop in our journey. We were greeted by Toby who was closest to the door with a welcoming disposition and eagerness to help even though he had a client in his chair. We were lucky to have an opportunity to speak to Israel who was available(without a client) at the time we arrived. I explained our situation and our tight scheduling. He assured me they had someone to handle our intricacies. Israel took the time to have a discussion with my son and make him comfortable with the transition. At the appointment, my son brought a photo to share and again - Israel took the time to explain what would be best. I am happy with the results and my son wants to return to Israel! It was all about the attention to detail and active listening for the customer. Show more
