The staff was nice, but I didn't like how I was there on time for my 2:30 pm appointment and they were all in there braiding someone's hair. Also my h...airstyle didn't last long, in one week braids were falling out and the goddess locs were coming apart. Will not be revisiting this braiding shop. Show more
The lady with the short hair who has her daughter there helping her braid…. 🤬🤬 I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and flat out craziness ...when getting my hair done. She already had a very bad attitude when I got there. She chopped the end of my braid with scissors when I told her 5 times that I don’t like the end of my braids chopped. I like a natural look, not choppy. She When she finished, she grabbed one of my braids and literally chopped it…clearly it was ON PURPOSE!! Why? I don’t know but I cannot make this up. There was another client watching and hearing me say not to cut my braids throughout the appointment. That same client looked so shocked that this lady would do something so unprofessional. IT’S MY HAIR that I’m paying for, so should get what I asked for. I’m tired of paying my money to these braiders for them to not give me what I asked for, then get mad when you make them aware. I will never go to this shop again, I only went because my braider had to reschedule and I really needed my hair done. I will see to it that others don’t have to experience her because someone else may not have same self control. 👀 🥊 It was wrong Show more
I love going back and forth to have Josie and Estelle braid my hair!!! They both do such a great job that whenever I need to make an appointment, it d...oesn’t matter who does it. They are fast, affordable, and friendly. I don’t trust anyone else to braid my hair because they are the BEST!!! I have been with them for 4 years now and will remain!!! Awesome job ladies!!! Not the best experience. I like that they have early morning appointments and they move fast. I'm not sure if I would recommend it. I got crochet brai...ds and it looks like a wig. I showed her a picture of another customer's hair that she said she did. It came out totally different!!! Then she blames me because I asked for a part? Then she tells me I didn't tell her I wanted the cornrows spaced out. Why do I need to tell you when I showed you a picture of a hairstyle you said you did? She attempted to fix it but it still looks like a wig. Be cautious. Maybe they're better with box braids. I thought I found a new hairstylist but I guess not. Show more
