The barbershop looks excellent and modern, with inviting colors and textures. There is ample lighting and a great ambiance overall. The experience of ...booking through the app was quick and easy. However, I had a bit of a negative experience in th shop. Most of the barbers only spoke Spanish, assuming that I didn't understand what they were saying, but I did. This reminded me of getting my nails done at a nail salon where the staff would talk negatively in front of me, and I couldn't understand what they were saying. Quite frankly, it's rude. As a gay man, they were saying things that were offensive. Despite this, Eric, my barber, was very sweet and kind. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my haircut and even had someone go get me a bottle of water when I asked. However, service I selected was a haircut, no beard and the price listed on Booksy was $40 and I was charged $45. With 20% tip, my final bill came to $57.15, which was a bit unexpected and more than I had planned to spend. I did not want to make a scene so I just left disappointed. Show more
