I called to see if they can do blunt cuts with no wash, no blow dry just a simple straight trim. So simple you can use your fingers to hold the hair a...nd cut with the scissors. Less than an inch needs to be taken off! I was told yes they can so I made an appt for 5:30, came in at 5:20 waited until 6 before I spoke with someone to find out they don’t cut women’s hair. But then they wanted to take a guy who came in after me before and then cut my hair?? Makes zero sense. They are beyond disrespectful to women. If they don’t cut women’s hair why didn’t anyone say anything when I walked in? They speak Arabic as their native language so it makes sense they are disrespectful towards women. ..shameful!! I wasted so much time on NOTHING!! Craziest thing is, after my Google review got posted the owner tried offering me a free hair cut… if you can’t respect me or my time you think I’ll trust you with my hair?? As a Jewish woman I absolutely will not be trusting these jokers Show more

The atmosphere is great. Calming and comfortable. The service has always been excellent, but I would warn people to set up a time and date for their a...ppointment because the shop can get pretty busy. I’ve always been able to be seen on the appointment date and time on schedule. I would recommend this barbershop highly. Show more

I don't normally leave reviews but this time had me mad. It was my second time getting a cut from James. The first time it was okay, not the best but ...decided to give it an another shot. This time it was a mess, he did NOT listen or do anything I said I want. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, the dude gave me a whole different haircut and starts arguing with me when I said this is not what I wanted. There seems to be a language barrier bc NONE OF THESE DUDES speak good English. It's like why do you even ask me what I want if you're just gonna cut it your way and go la la land??? won't be coming back here again. Please be careful getting a cut from James, you are better off going with AJ. Or in fact not even going here at all. Show more

Having waited almost an hour on someone getting their cut and well past my booked appointment time, I felt AJ rushed my cut a little on this occasion ...with less scissor time and I didn’t get the razor cleanup like I normally would. I should have said something but maybe next time - otherwise, a good cut as usual which is ultimately what’s it’s about, but just not the full service in this occasion. Show more
