What an experience this was. This was my first experience of an expert of Scotty's caliber, and he is exactly what I needed to fix my hair. I couldn't... have asked for a better experience, person, or opportunity to get my hair cut by an excellent man of the arts. He did exactly what I wanted, and went above and beyond to make my hair excellent again. Scotty was very transparent of my situation, and couldn't have rectified it any better. I have been going to Scotty for a while now and he usually does a great job. Went in today for an appointment scheduled for 4:45-5:30. I came in aroun...d 4:25, but he was willing to start early and I appreciated that. Last time I went in I had mentioned lining up the beard like he did last time and he acknowledged it. Today while he was lining me up I had asked if he remembered how he lined me up before and he responded with the fact that he already did and mentioned I should have felt it. I did feel it but it was higher than usual, so when I asked to see, I had told him the reason I asked is because it felt like it was higher, when I usually get it lower. He told me I should have told him and I responded with I asked and he said he said no, but that wasn’t the case. It was only 5:15 so I told him I still had 15 minutes until his next client. I was met with a “don’t tell me what time it is.” I left him his money (with a tip as usual) and left after giving him some harsh words. He came outside and cursed me out afterwards. Safe to say I won’t be returning. Edit to respond to his reply: I see you deleted your response from last night and took a day to come up with another one. I'll copy it below for others to see. "Let's tell the truth now bro u threw my money on the floor and talked all kinds of words at me .hope u feel better typing a whole b.s story" You say there was nothing to do when I clearly wanted you to fix my line up. I exchange money for your service, but you don't get to choose my haircut. Again, I am the one who tells you how I want my hair done and you are supposed to do it, so when you say you finished early, you just weren't finished. You didn't do what I wanted, and again, you had 15 more minutes until your next client. Again, I didn't throw the money at you. I left it on the chair. If you have cameras, I suggest you check. I cussed at you after that as I stated originally. Also, it is "accept," not "except" in this case. I said "whut" really happened and I also acknowledged that you usually do a great job, but unfortunately I won't be returning. I see you almost have a whopping 20 reviews on booksy, so I am sure you have plenty of other clients to fill in. You are in your mid 40s, so I am sure you are mature enough to get over one client.
