    • PRE PAID CLIENTS

      This appointment is for laser removal clients who have already completed payment. Please do not schedule this appointment if you are ready for new brows, as the allotted time is only 20 minutes and does not allow enough time for a brow procedure. If you are ready for new brows after removal, please book the appropriate brow appointment instead. This booking option is reserved exclusively for clients who have already prepaid for their laser removal sessions. A valid card is required to secure your appointment. The card on file is used to enforce our cancellation and no-show policy and will not be charged unless the policy is violated. Cancellation & No-Show Policy • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows forfeit their prepaid appointment and will be required to pay the full $75 laser removal session fee before being allowed to reschedule. • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of prepaid booking privileges. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from accommodating other clients and result in lost appointment availability. Thank you for respecting our time and scheduling policies. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged a $75 no-show fee and must pay the fee before being allowed to schedule future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of prepaid booking privileges. APPOINTMENT TIMES MAY RUN OVER TIME OR UNDER.

      This appointment is for clients who would like a professional evaluation before booking a permanent makeup service (brows, lip blush, eyeliner, correction, or removal). During this visit, we will assess the area of concern, review any previous work, evaluate skin type and undertones, discuss realistic expectations, and determine the most appropriate technique. This consultation is ideal for: • Clients with previous PMU • Correction or removal cases • Clients unsure which service to choose • Anyone wanting professional clarity before committing Consultations are not required for virgin areas. A full consultation, pre-draw, mapping, and technique recommendation are included with every scheduled service appointment. Consultation fee will be applied toward your service total if you move forward.
