Unfortunately, this is not the first time we've had to reschedule or cancel an appointment on short notice. While I always strive to remain flexible, as a business owner, it's important to balance that with respecting the policies in place. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but clear and timely communication is essential to maintain a smooth process for both parties.
