Good evening. Although I appreciate the feedback, your review is a very small insight into your appointment. When you arrived, you stood over my client in the chair and asked, “Are you busy, I’m trying to get cut,” rushing and making my client uncomfortable, yet I still allowed you to be serviced. You requested a mid taper, your first one, but later said the taper looked too high. I explained the differences and justified what was done. Throughout the service, you were extremely observant, stopping me after nearly every move so you could see stretching a 45-minute cut into over 2 hours. When I finished the natural cut and went to add enhancement, you began cussing, demanding to see it first. After showing you, I suggested it looked great natural, but you continued cussing until your friend (serviced earlier with zero issues) told you that you were out of line. You then said, “I’m paying you, you work for me, and you’re doing whatever the F you want.” At that point, I immediately removed the cape and told you I would not continue due to your disrespect. Only after your friend convinced me did I finish the service. Once complete, you said you liked the cut, and had your Girlfriend pay with a tip. While I apologize you weren’t satisfied, I do not tolerate disrespect or negativity in my business. Therefore, immediately after your service on Aug 23, you were banned from future appointments and remain indefinitely banned.
