I apologize you feel that way. I strive to give great customer service and I asked you every question I could since you came in order for me to get history on your hair. I think you are totally misunderstood on what was told to you at the end of your service. You told me that you only wear your hair in braids and never wear your hair down at all. Your hair hair texture is kinky. For a person with your texture and to only keep your hair in braids that can also cause your hair to become frizzy over time. It is due to exposure to humidity, friction, and lack of moisture. A common issue especially if you do not maintainamce your hair or stay up on treatments. Your hair was extremely broken and damaged. Not to mention you wouldn't allow me to cut off all the dead hair you wanted to save length. And I informed you that you can save length but it's not helping your hair. I was explaining you would have to train your hair back to a healthy state by staying up on a healthy routine. Everyone is different. I gave my best professional advice based off what was told and the state of your hair.
