not sure why you felt the need to leave this review, you booked your appointment mistaken for a Sunday when you actually needed it for a Saturday. Its the holiday season and a weekend so I'm sorry I wasn't able to squeeze you in. Booksy nor I can not change an appointment without the approval of the client, so you definitely scheduled it for the wrong day. You even said if you can't get the deposit back you understand. There are policies when booking your appointment that you agreed to , but I did offer you a credit to come in a future date but you never responded.
