This guy is awesome. I do not live in Phoenix, but my sister recommended Rudy. He is thorough, detailed and can cut some damn hair. I am VERY picky on... who I let cut my hair. Not everyone can give me a fade as or a lining at that. Rudy knows his shhhh and is worth every penny. I'd gladly pay his fee because I know he will get me right. Thank you Rudy!! Show more
