Rude attitude and will lie and say she didn’t do your hair and you didn’t call when she did Do my hair and I did call her! Look at other reviews how s...he responds. She will wait until your there and make u waste your gas to get hair she wants to use for your hair and then argue with clients on reviews cause she she rude and disrespectful! Disappointing Experience As much as I value supporting small businesses, I feel obligated to share my recent disappointing experience. My daughter has... been a regular customer for some time, but my first attempt at getting my hair braided left me feeling unsatisfied. Despite paying well over $200 the outcome was flat and thin. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, instead of offering solutions, Marian became defensive and combative. It's disheartening when communication and customer service fall short, especially when trust and satisfaction are paramount in the beauty industry. This could have been an easy fix but instead felt more like a silly argument. Show more

Called and made an appointment here and arrived the next morning to be refused service. My Kenyan friends came to get their hair braided and instead w...ere treated disrespectfully and rude. They claimed there was no appointment made and that they would be unable to do what was requested. They made us feel uwelcome and did not treat their fellow Africans with kindness. Show more
