Moe seems relatively inexperienced and somewhat impatient. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a similar experience with him. I gave him another chance hop...ing for improvement, but unfortunately, the outcome was the same. He is not an ideal candidate for longer haircut styles, he needs a lot of experience. Yes, twice! Even after showing my previous picture, the same mistake happened again. I’m not here to defame anyone and my intention is to help others avoid a similar experience. I just want to share my honest feedback for those expecting a quality haircut from this place. Everyone has the right to express themselves, and that’s what reviews are meant for. I truly hope you continue to improve. Good luck. I remained polite while showing my previous haircut pictures, yet my hair was cut much shorter than requested. To correct uneven edges, I asked for it to be shortened so it wouldn’t look puffy. CCTV footage and your staff can confirm what happened. I insisted on paying and mentioned I didn’t want a free haircut, but your response ‘You can stand there all day if you want!’ felt disrespectful. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I’m not afraid of your threats. You can report whatever you want, and I will provide all the proof. The truth always stands. Show more

Moe works quickly and is very precise. I came in with a mop on my head, and with only about 30 seconds describing what I wanted, he understood exactly... what I meant. 30 minutes later and my hair looked exactly how I wanted it. That is not easy to do. Moe is great at what he does. Show more
