Thank you for the review. During your appointment your wife visually checked every row when I completed them. You both were satisfied with the service upon leaving. I’m sorry you’re not happy with the outcome, However you are responsible to maintain the upkeep of your hair after your appointment. You stated you were going on vacation, and excessive heat, sweating, not tying your hair up and getting your hair wet will cause for it to frizz at the roots. Without proper maintenance your hair will most certainly not look the same as it did after your appointment. Your wife got her hair done at the same time, and her hair looks nothing like yours that should give away the problem. Thanks for the review and have a great day
